A client based in Primrose Hill, London is looking for an experienced Temporary Carer to provide support and supervision to the elderly client. The working hours will be full time for 5 to 6 days a week. This is a temporary position and the Carer will be needed for 3 weeks with a possibility to turn permanent.

As a Carer, your duties will include

• Safely using aids and personal equipment
• Assisting with mobility
• Engaging and taking clients to various activities
• To assist the client getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
• To assist the client with personal care (mostly supervising)
• Encouraging the client to use the toilet
• Preparing occasional meals
• Providing companionship
• Medication prompting

The Carer must be someone encouraging, warm as well as pet-friendly as the client owns a cat. Accommodation provided is a self-contained studio flat at the top of the home. They are looking to hire a Carer by the end of August.
