A Full-Time Live In Carer Housekeeper is needed in Harpenden, Hertfordshire to assist an elderly person with daily activities and routines. The Carer Housekeeper needs to maintain their property clean and organised as well. This position would be on a rota basis, 10 days of work and then 4 days off.

The Carer Housekeeper will be responsible for

• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The duties of the Carer Housekeeper will also include

• vacuuming,
• changing bed sheets,
• keeping the kitchen clean at all times,
• washing the dishes,
• loading the dishwasher,
• grocery shopping,
• and maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family.
