Salary: £10 to £12 net per hour

A family in Chiswick, London seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person with the tasks around the house and perform daily activities more easily. The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Friday and then around 5 hours on Saturday mornings.

The duties of a Live Out Carer include

  • organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
  • organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
  • helping with laundry and ironing
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • assisting with bathing and personal grooming
  • helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
  • getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs
