A family based in Banbury, Oxfordshire are looking for a reliable Live In Carer who can work in a temporary position of two weeks. The Carer will be required to assist an elderly person with personal care and mobility. The working hours will be full time, ideally 10 to 12 hours a day with some flexibility to do nighttime calls in case of emergency.

Duties will include:

• assisting the client with personal care,
• assisting with mobility,
• booking and taking to appointments,
• providing companionship,
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable,
• shopping, running errands,
• medication prompting,
• preparing and cooking meals,
• keeping the rooms and surroundings clean and organised

The family has a cleaner so only light housekeeping is required. The family ideally wants a Carer who also drives but this is not a main requirement. They are looking to hire as soon as possible.
