A family in West Ilsley seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person move around the house and help them in doing day to day activities and routines. The working hours for this position would be full time from Monday to Saturday. The Carer will be required to take the elderly client to social events and appointments so it is essential that the Carer knows how to drive.

You will be responsible for

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family needs someone who is able to commit to a long-term placement and can join their family as soon as possible.
