From your very first call, Guardian Carers is here to support you. Our team of professional and committed care consultants understand the importance of making the best possible match between the individual requiring care and carers. You will receive a detailed consultation with your consultant who will be personally undertaking your search, you will discuss what it is that you need assistance with, our consultant will provide any advice you may need and your search can start immediately. You will receive a range of profiles of potential carers, each with skills and experience that will be required for your care.
From these profiles, you will select those who you wish to interview with which will be arranged at your convenience. Your consultant will be able to advise you on the interview process and will take on board all feedback you provide. Once you have found your ideal carer, Guardian Carers will guide you through the final steps of the process, we are able to assist with contracts, start dates, salary negotiation to ensure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted.
If at any point during the first 6 months of your employment you find you need a new carer, for whatever reason. Guardian Carers will provide you with a replacement, completely free of charge.
