Your Guardian Carers consultant will guide you through the process. Your consultant is highly experienced and available to attend interviews should you require.
Our mission is to ensure the live in carer, carer or housekeeper-carer who joins you in your home provides you with the individual care you need, undertaking their duties to the standard you are accustomed to.
Before you meet a Carer they will have undergone an interview and vetting process which is tailored to the vocations we work with.
Our home carers undergo strict vetting procedures, which we have developed over the years we have provided in home care service. This includes a detailed interview with their allocated carer consultant. References are verified along with relevant documentation and qualifications.
We request all Carers that are placed by Guardian Carers undertake a DBS check, first aid certification, as well as attending a Safeguarding course. With onsite courses available to Carers we are able to assist our Carers if they needed to obtain any of these before they are placed in your home.
Our courses are OCN certified with detailed assessments. Our First Aid courses are FAIB approved and our trainers highly skilled with decades of experience.
