Vanessa is the CEO for Guardian Carers and Little Ones. Growing up in a family that has been in the care industry for generations, she has since a young age, witnessed the positive impact of care solutions for seniors.
Vanessa is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of the operations and resources of both companies. Unlike most CEO’s, Vanessa has a great impact on many corporate areas as she keeps a close relationship with consultants, offers guidance and helps to maintain synergy within our services. She is, more importantly, bringing both companies to be leaders in their respective industries.
Renate began her career by working in the Domestic staffing industry for 3 years where she effectively placed candidates in the U.K as well as on a global scale with placements in countries such as Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.
Presently, Renate oversees all of the carer services, including developing new services at Guardian Carers. Through hard work and commitment, she has developed the skills of an expert in recruitment and is dedicated to matching our clients with the most suitable and experienced carers. Her attention to every single detail has led to the building of trustworthy, enjoyable and long-term companionships.
Nick is presently the managing director of Little Ones, a recruitment firm and sister company of Guardian Carers. He started his professional career as a policeman and shifted to the recruitment industry, bringing along a passion for caring and helping others. Over the last nine years, he has professionally and successfully worked through the ranks, starting as a consultant and rising to become the managing director of Little Ones. Little Ones is now seen as one of London’s leading domestic staffing agency.
He has worked towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
Neville who is based in New Zealand previously worked for several years for high-end hotel and apartment developers. Currently, he is the Property Director for NSI Management and additionally responsible for the Cook Family aged care and property investments. He was Development Director of LifeCare Residences for nine years and successfully delivered flagship assets Remuera Rise in New Zealand and Battersea Place in London. Neville's wealth of experience has endowed him with a deeper sense of understanding of the care sector and as such he serves in an advisory role.
